Fruityloops is just the twelvie version of ableton- designed for EDM with a bunch of shitcunt presets for singlet wearing roidded faggots.
The free to try version cannot load music, so I cannot try it at all. Because of this, I don't know whether this software is good to edit songs or not. Once you buy it, you get free updates for life so every time a new version comes out, you can upgrade for free. FL 11 has brand new features and plugins. Also the price is good.

Finding instruments in the 'Sytrus' is extremely frustrating. Apparently the have no words for french horns, tubas etc, the brass instrument names are fat, greasy, greasy2 etc. They have a trumpet but it's nowhere near the other brass, I really had to give up because it annoyed me too much. I guess I'll have to invest in something like Sibelius.
